These Terms of Use govern your use of envaios.ai, operated by Sozo Consulting LLC, doing business as Envaios (“Envaios,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What this website is
envaios.ai describes Envaios and lets you book a call with us. It is provided for general information. Nothing on this site is an offer to provide services, and nothing on it is legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice. Any Envaios engagement, including a Proof Run, is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, and that agreement controls if it conflicts with anything on this site.
Using the site
You may use this site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Copy, scrape, or harvest content or data from the site without our written permission, other than ordinary search engine indexing
- Use content from this site to train or improve AI models, or to build a competing product, without our written permission
- Submit false or misleading information, or someone else’s information, when booking a call
- Try to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers, or the services that support it
- Interfere with the site’s operation, including by introducing malicious code or overloading it
- Use automated tools to book calls or generate artificial traffic
Intellectual property
The content of this site, including its text, graphics, diagrams, design, and the Envaios™ name and logo, belongs to Sozo Consulting LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Envaios™ is a trademark of Sozo Consulting LLC. You may view the site and share links to it. Any other copying, distribution, or derivative work requires our written permission, although quoting short passages with attribution for news, commentary, or research is fine.
Booking a call
Calls are booked through Calendly, a third-party scheduling service, under its own terms. Booking a call does not create a client relationship and does not obligate either of us to anything beyond the call itself.
Accuracy of information
We work to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not promise that everything on it is complete, current, or free of errors. Descriptions of what Envaios does, and of results it has produced, reflect specific circumstances and are not a guarantee of results for any company. We may change the site, or anything described on it, at any time.
Other websites and services
The site links to other websites and uses third-party services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
Disclaimer of warranties
This site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of this site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
