Sozo Consulting LLC, doing business as Envaios (“Envaios,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operates envaios.ai. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit envaios.ai or book a call with us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It covers this website only. Information we handle for a client while delivering the Envaios service is governed by that client’s written agreement with us.
Information we collect
Information you give us
When you book a call through the scheduling calendar on this site, you give us your name, email address, phone number, and any answers you add to the booking form. If you email or call us, we receive your contact details and whatever you choose to tell us.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting and security providers automatically receive technical information when you visit, such as your IP address (the numeric address of your internet connection), browser and device type, the pages you request, and the date and time of each request. We use this information to deliver the site, keep it secure, and fix problems.
What we do not collect
This site does not run advertising pixels, and it does not use analytics or tracking tools to build a profile of you. We do not collect payment information on this site.
Cookies
envaios.ai does not set its own advertising or analytics cookies. Two services used by the site may set cookies or similar technologies: our security and delivery network, Cloudflare, which can set cookies that protect the site from abuse, and our scheduling tool, Calendly, which sets cookies the booking calendar needs to work. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the booking calendar may not work if you do.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Schedule and hold the call you booked, and follow up about it
- Answer your questions and requests
- Prepare for and discuss a possible engagement with your company
- Operate, secure, and improve this website
- Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights
We send you messages related to your request. We will not add you to a marketing list unless you choose to join one.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with:
- Service providers that run parts of our business for us and may use the information only to provide their services to us: website hosting (BigScoots), security and content delivery (Cloudflare), scheduling (Calendly), and web fonts, email, and documents (Google). When your browser loads this site’s fonts, Google receives your IP address.
- Legal authorities, when the law, a court order, or legal process requires it, or when needed to protect our rights, property, or safety, or the safety of others.
- A buyer or successor, if our business is sold, merged, or reorganized, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information.
Envaios, Sozo Marketing, and Sozo Academy are brands of the same company, Sozo Consulting LLC. That is why our contact email uses the sozomkg.com address. Information you give any of these brands is handled by the same company under this policy.
How long we keep information
We keep booking and contact information for as long as we are discussing or providing services to your company, and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, tax, and recordkeeping purposes. Server and security logs are kept for shorter periods set by our providers. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls on the tools that hold your information. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy
- Correct information that is inaccurate
- Delete your information
- Object to or limit certain uses of your information
- Receive your information in a portable format
To make a request, email [email protected] or call (941) 467-3451. We will confirm your identity before acting on a request and respond within 30 days. You may also make a request through an authorized agent. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.
California residents
California residents have the rights listed above, including the rights to know, delete, and correct personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as California law defines those terms, and we do not use sensitive personal information for any purpose that would require an opt-out. In the past 12 months we collected identifiers (such as name, email address, phone number, and IP address) and internet activity information (such as the pages requested on this site), for the purposes described in “How we use your information.”
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We do not track visitors across other websites, and we do not sell or share personal information. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals therefore do not change how this site handles your information.
Children’s privacy
envaios.ai is a business website and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Other websites and services
This site links to websites we do not control, and the booking calendar is provided by Calendly under its own privacy notice. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and services, and we encourage you to read their policies.

We are based in the United States. Information we collect is processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the “Last updated” date above.
